With a combined over 40+ years in the volume sports photography business, we've been privileged to work with hundreds of photography businesses on everything - from sales and marketing to workflow.

Although, we don't just talk about theory, we walk the walk. Today our studio photographs over 50,000 athletes annually, youth sports, HS sports, as dance schools, Martial Arts studios, preschools, schools, seniors, and underclass.

Now our focus is on teaching volume photographers just like you create successful businesses.

Mike Luter

I took my first professional photo over 25 years ago and have been passionate about the photography industry ever since.

I have been training professional photographers all across the country since 1989 in photography, work flow and sales and marketing. I look forward to helping your company grow, develop and reach it's full potential.

Shaun DeMint

In 2004 I began my career working for a photography company out of Paducah Ky (Time Piece Photography) where I learned the day to day process of action and league photography. Over my photography career I have been an office manager, event coordinator, lead photographer, Individual & team photographer, action photographer, general manager......but my love has always been the graphics side.

Blue Water

When he's not working, you can probably find Mike fishing offshore out of St. Augustine , FL

Chickens

MIke currently has 13 Rhode Island Red chickens and 1 rooster (oops).

Michigan

Even though Shaun lives in Florida now he was born and raised in Michigan...GO BLUE!

Family First

When Shaun isn't working he is with his family. He is married to his wife Resa and has two sons Jaxon and Canon.
